How A Claim Works
- 1
Bring the battery in
Stop by the shop with the battery and your receipt.
- 2
We test it
We test the battery, alternator and charging system on site.
- 3
We make it right
If it fails within the warranty period, we replace it per terms.
Warranty periods start on the purchase date and cover the battery only. Damage from accident, freezing, improper charging, wrong application, or a vehicle fault such as a bad alternator or parasitic draw is not covered. Ask us for full terms at the counter.
